Hello, I just arrive in singapore, I stay until July.

I am looking for room in a condo (Somerset, Orchard, Newton, Novena) 1200 dollars (wifi, internet, swimming pool)

I would suggest you to post an advert in the accommodation section of Singapore classifieds.
For safety reasons you should avoid posting your number on the public forum as well.

You need a residence visa (e.g. PR, EP, PEP, WP, SP, LTVP) with a duration of minimum 6 months to be legally allowed to rent residential property.
Since, as I assume, you haven't one, you must stay in hotels or serviced appartments (or at a friend's place for free).

It is NOT a good idea to break the rules in Singapore!
