well the idea of Shahada Badal Faqid that when you lost your ID or any important paper referring to your ID

they will give you a new 1 instead of the lost one.


or it atleast a paper proove that you have lost your passport or your ID

@saimans, what it has to do with placing an ad in the classified. 'Shahada' means certificate/evidence. He has got it and now willing to get a new one.
