Moving to Perth Next Monty

Hi,

I am moving to Perth by end of next month. Actually I don't have any idea regarding different areas of Perth. Can someone suggest me some comfortable areas with average per week rent. I am currently focusing one shared accommodation (preference to Pakistani/Indian but not compulsory). Last I am a smoker:(
