If anybody out there has a place to rent or know someone who does please let them or me know.
I am looking to rent from the 23rd of Jan until the 23rd of Feb.

Have you considered a backpackers hostel. Or room and board type accommodation.
Short term accommodation is very hard to find in Perth due to the mining boom and lack of accommodation in general.
Accommodation in Perth is very expensive.
