childrens vitamins and horse riding/swimming instrutor for children

Firstly hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I am looking for fish oils in capsules suitable for children and also vitamins.
Also if someone has actual experience of the horse riding in Riyadh for children. Do you know of any swimming instructors willing to teach on a compound.
We have recently moved here with 4 children (2 months ago)and at times it can be difficult to find things out.

i use capsules of whale liver oil i am sure you could find what you need in any pharmacy
