Hello there

Does anyone have experience in applying singapore ep pass ? I just finished PhD of civil engineering in malaysia and I have been applyed for a ep pass by company at the end of june 2012. But i just applied by Bachelore and Master becoz my PhD certificate is not ready yet. After one week, MOM rejected becoz they mentained documents is not complete becoz they have mistake i am from india but i explained that i m from iran. then they accepted the appeal. At the moment, more than one month pass but the MOM still didnot approved or rejected. How can I know the result?!

Thank you...

They may be contacting your university to see if your degree is real (there have been many fakes in the past, so this is now routine) and if it was a full-time course (part-time degrees are not normally accepted). How long it takes then depends on how fast the school replies. They are also checking everything else you say in your application - maybe such checks in Iran take very long?
As long as your status (in the online system) still says "Pending" or "Pending input from vetting agencies", you have to be patient. There isn't much else you or your employer can do.
