As long as your status (in the online system) still says "Pending" or "Pending input from vetting agencies", you have to be patient. There isn't much else you or your employer can do.

I think I should forgot working in SG because my country will not reply soon. I have finished PhD in malaysia but unfortunately the company didnot apply by PhD.
