u.A.e ban all visa for bangladeshi people accept tourist visa?

it's true? if i got tourist visa and arrive in dubai i can convert visa to job? please anybody help me to give right information?

A tourist visa cannot be changed to employment visa. You need specifically an employment visa to start work. If you are here as tourist, and find employment, your employer will need to get you the Employment Visa - upon this you leave the country to cancel tourist visa, re-enter on employment visa. You have to talk to your employer about this. You will not be helped from Immigration office unless you find an employer.
