Saigon Sports Club is thelargest private gym in Saigon to be opened in November 2012 in the District 7of HCMC. We are looking for energetic, entrepreneurial and analytical teamplayers to join with us.

Job Description

Humanresources management


- Analysis, forecast and suggest the suitable recruitment plan for the opening

To deliver high qualityHR services and provide professional advice and support in human resourcesissues.
- Monitor the effective implementation of the performance management program toensure a performance driven culture.

- Spread of company’sphilosophy and way of working
- Implement, develop recruitment processes, procedures and policies
- Proactively searching for new talented staff by building relevant networkswith universities, other companies and through other participation in job fairs
- Cooperate with other departments for planning the recruitment, trainingbudgets and other events.
- Handle employees' disciplinary matters, leave follow up and annual review.
- Handle and monitor all issues of labour contract term, terminations andresignations of the contracted employees for the whole company.
- Handle work permit for foreigners
- Organize & supervise employee benefits (8/3, Mid Autumn, Tet holiday)
- Prepare and monitor monthly payroll calculation
- Supervise report for Social Insurance
- Build up a good relationship with the Labor Department for necessary work orproblems
- Make PIT for Tax Office when needed

Administrativemanagement

- Supervise office administrator & suppliersrelationships/contracts (security, cleaning services, parking…)

- Check and approve all administrative expenses
- Oversee office administration matters and suggest to solve/ improve
- To perform other tasks assigned by the GM.

Job Requirement

- University graduatemajor in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Labour Law and HR related regulation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of ethics and confidentiality
- Professional in verbal and written communication skills
- Action oriented, pro-active analytical, organized
- Responsible, meticulous and positive working attitude
- Team player, hands-on, detail oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese

• Effective working in teams and across all levels and functions within thecompany.

Availability
• Immediate/ASAP

GENERAL MANAGER ASSISTANT

(Part time)

Reporting to the General Manager, assist in alladministration matters.
Able to communicate and work understand local regulations and laws.

Job Requirement

University degree or equivalent in any field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge in secretary work.
• Able to keep confidential in all dealing and communication skill;
• Proficient in English (speaking/writing/reading);
