You can find Gluten-Free Products in the large grocery stores in Bahrain.

Organic Foods & Cafe in Seef Mall, does serve some Gluten-Free meals, and you can buy from their GF products as well.

Here in Bahrain you can find gluten free food and other kind of organic food ,
Here is names of some places you can visit : Seef Mall, Lulu , carrefour Mall, and Al JAZIRA supermarket.
To find those places is so ease,
Note : even in Saudi Arabia you can find the gluten food !

Virtually all supermarkets sell gluten free and organic food. Gheant Mall has the freshest range of meats and fish than any other mall.

I would certainly say live in Bahrain, it is a very free country with lots of things to do. Saudi is a very restrictive country especially for women.
