Sharing a car ride? :)

Hello!

I'm new in Malta, I'll be here untill February and I already have a bit of a problem - buses. :)

I'm here as a part of the Leonardo da Vinci mobility programme and I volunteer/work at Heritage Malta, Kalkara (Bighi bus stop). Unfortunately I live in Sliema, Triq Amery and it takes me up to two hours to get there, because I have to switch buses in Valletta. Well, an hour at the least. :/

So, I'm trying to find an easier way out. I'd love it if someone had the same timetable as me (mon-fri, 8:45-16:00) :)and picked me up on the way, but if not, I'm open to any suggestions. After all, I've only been here for 2 weeks and I'm still geting used to everything. :)

So thanks a lot for your help and kind regars to everyone! :)

I do not like the public buses, so I use them very rarely and thus do not know the schedules (haha, nobody knows their schedules  not even the drivers themselves), but first you do not need to go all the way up to Valletta, you can switch the buses also in Floriana ... this might save some minutes ;)

or even in Kulleg, Msida. There are a bunch of busses going that direction.
