Before newspapers went on-line there were daily importations in to VN - all without censorship. Singapore censors by ripping pages.

Guess your only resource is online, especially in places like Nha Trang.

Even Embassies and Consulates have cut back and noow offer free InterNet use.

You may want to talk to some of the 5 star hotels to see whether you can work out some deals with them.
Otherwise, you can do a monthly/quartely subscription from places like http://phathanhbao.vn/ and have the newspapers sent to your home
