Working as an insurance sales agent .. Holds a good future?

Hello ,
I have a friend who is considering to move into kuwait to work as an insurance sales agent in one of the known insurance companies here ,, but he needs to know the average salary trend ,, if the company provides him with the data of the customers he should present the offers to , and if it is a career of good future here in kuwait ,, he works in bancassurance ,, but as banking insurance is banned here in kuwait , he is left with no other option but to work as an outdoor sales . I need some help with this plz , perhaps from anyone current or previously worked in insurance companies.

i think ur friend should ask the company that is employing him these questions, the answers would be much more useful dont u think?
