Need help to find a job in Dubai

I'm from the Philippines, passed the December 2011 Licensure examination. I have no experience but I have stayed at my grandfather's place taking care of my grandafather, who have diabetes and Alzheimer's with NGT but later change to PEG due to his worsening condition. My grandfather died this December 15, 2012, his body gave up and I think its because of kidney failure because my family don't want any amputation to be done so our family doctor give 3 different antibiotic so that the wound would not be infected. Now I want to apply in Dubai to sharpen my skill and at the same time be with my father that I missed for so many years. Thank you, please help me, this is my only chance to be with my father
