Health Care positions in Ecuador

I am posting this in an effort to see if there is any need for nurses in Ecuador. I have a Master's in child/adolescent mental health nursing, but have clinic skills as well. Would take a while to brush up on critical care, etc.

Thanks so much for your response.I am in the process of intensive Spanish lessons now, so hopefully I will be proficient by the time I am ready to look further.
