Info to import spanish wine, oil and Ham related products

Hi everybodi, I m planning to move to vietnam shortly, i am a professional in the Hospitality business and I have worked for major wine (Catalan and spanish)producers , and oil in the last years. I would like to meet contacts interested in this kind of products in Ho chi minh and other parts of Vietnam.
i´ll be visiting the area early march.
I am planning to meve with my russian wife and 2 kids this year, any advice?
We have lived in london, Bermuda , US and back to barcelona so Im looking for an Asian professional experience this time , and vietnam is the place to be.
