Shipping to Libya

I have ordered from Amazon in the past with no troubles shipping to Libya. When I went to place an order now, they won't ship to Libya. In this case, I am thinking to have a family member send it to me via courier from Canada. What is the best company that I should use in this case?

Hi Snow,
I was used UPS courier and TNT courier for two times to shiping my things from vancouver ,canada to Libya
