Hey guy's
Send me a PM with your e-mail address and a colleague will contact you regarding packing up of houses and shipping stuff out.

I'll be in Benghazi next week for a few days, will update on situation when I return.

Just to clarify, There is a cost involved. It is a local company (JV). I just pass on details.

Property is packed and shipped via road to either Tunisia or Egypt, can be collected or shipped to your location.

Hi,

if this is a professional service, I guess you should register it in the business directory

officeboy

Hi Julien, I'm not offering a professional service, I'm just making people aware that they may be able to get some of their possessions out of Libya. I for one lost everything, so if people's houses are still standing and they can rescue some of their belongings, I hope you'd allow this offer of help to remain on here where it is more likely to be seen.

Julien

I do, otherwise it wouldn't be there ;)

UPDATE: The company doing the packing/moving can now move cars out, expensive, plus you may get hit with import taxes, but if you love your car, or if you imported it from your home country, it may be worth it.
As always PM me for details.

Have just been informed that my apartment in Regatta was stripped bare, even down to the wardrobes, so that's everything I own, including sentimental items and family photos gone.

Personally, I hope whoever took it all trips on the electrical cables and breaks their neck.

I left a number of things in Benghazi.....I was able to get my USA homeowners insurance company to pay me an amount to help replace the shoes and suits and other stuff that I had to leave back there.
