Hi all new to this site and im just about to jump and buy in Bulgaria .
Could i ask the forum if anybody knows what id i will need to buy my home in Bulgaria i have been told i will need my passport and a utility bill if this is so my first problem !!! I live off grid work full time for now so dont have access to a utility bill if this is true are there other means of id that would be ok to produce ? many thanks and again hello everyone

Thanks prixters i know buying a home is not always straight foward there but just having a passport seemed just to simple . I will be there in May for most of the month and will be looking in the north west im hoping for some great warm summers but i love the snow too !!!
