without skype;

who knows how phone in europe ; switzerland preference; at a good price;

. for example via a special number ? or other advices ?

You can purchase a phone card  call Sezam about Rs 250/300 .
I normally use it when I am in mau.

If you are looking for a pc to phone/ phone to phone service you could try a voip based program. I use voipcheap.com and the call quality isn't bad.

Another option would be to get MyT- they have a 40% discount (I think) on international calls.

Hi,

If you have a smart phone, simply download Viber or Whatsapp.  The person you are calling must also have Viber or Whatsapp on their smart phone.  Then, you can call for FREE!!!  I call my family in the States and friends around the world (New Zealand, UK, etc) without a problem.  The call quality is pretty good considering it's free!
