me and my partner got married last year after i was deported from spain.. so that i can obtain familly reunifiaction with her..  i came back back to spain and we did the paper work and now we have been married for the past year.. although spain has refused to give the visa due to my having been deported already form spain.. so now we are in belguim.. and we want to apply for the reunifiaction here.. what do we have to do.. she is from spain, me from the USA; niether of can or want to go back to spain, for the time being we want to live in belguim.. we have a nice project place here where we live for free and have self grown food, so money is not an issue for us... niether of work in renumerate "capitlist" sense anyway...  what procudures can we do to go about with reunifiaction??
