Hi,
My name is Momen Ahmed Dahab i'm 24 years old live in Sudan in Khartoum and studied here and graduated from Electrical Engineering, (Department of Energy) and I hope that I work and live in Norway, and I don't know if my level of education equal to the level of education in developed countries, so I have some questions:
1. Can I come to Norway as an immigrant?, And how?
2. B.Sc.Certificate in Sudan Eligible to work in Norway?

Hello,

You should have a look at http://www.udi.no/Norwegian-Directorate-of-Immigration/ for information about coming to Norway to live and work. In general, Norwegians are sceptical to degrees from universities outside of Europe or North America. it would depend on what job you wanted to do and who you wanted to work for.
