Import of vehicle

Hi
I think i have read all there is about import of a vehicle from EU to Malta on this site, and it was a lot of reading 
!
I think i got it all and that all the paperwork are in order but when checking the receipt from when we bought the car i remember that the receipt is in my name, and the car are registred in my wifes name!
QUESTION!
Could that be a problem?

This post made me think, I don't actually have a receipt of purchase as it was a private sale, the only thing stating the date of ownership in my name is the Vehicle Licensing Cert (log book), would anyone know if this is sufficient?
