Seeking information from the friends

Hi,

I have recently moved in Milano. I am living with my friends. However, I have just started to learn Italian. I need a job to support myself. I have few private students as I teach English. I used to teach English in many institutes in the UK. As I do not speak good Italian it would really be challenging for me to find a job. Can someone suggest me some options to try? It would be great to meet some friends who are either in similar situation as me or would like to support people like me.

Regards,
Afjal

Hi Afjal,

If you are an English teacher and you like children then there should be quite a few opportunities to teach from pre-school/ baby level up to older children.  Additionally through the holidays it seems quite common for parents to look for childcare who speak English and can help the children during the holidays.

You won't need good Italian for this!

Good luck :)
