NEW REQUIREMENT FOR LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS for PR application in Py

This is fresh new info from Migration Office:

Documents from countries abroad, should first be legalized by the Ministry of Foreig Affairs of that Country (or similar) and later by the Paraguayan Consulate.

To graph this, for example FBI reports, should be legalized by US State Deparment, and later by the Paraguayan consulate.

It might happend that Pyan Consulate says that the US State Department is not necessary, but Migration Office has a different criteria.
