Looking for appartment in Makati for end of November

Hello everyone,
Currently I'm staying in Makati in a condominium. I have a contract till end of November. I'm planning to move out in November because it's too expensive for me. I'm looking for an appartment in Makati and my maximum budget for rent is 10k exclusive electric and water bill.. Can anyone help me? So to be clear no condominium
