Looking for a cat transport from Malta to UK

I was wondering if you found a solution for your cat? I am also relocating in UK and was wondering how to bring my cat with me !

No, just with air malta, but its really expensive.

Although Air Malta has changed its pet travel policy. From 23rd October they will accept animals as excess luggage (before only small animals whose cage fitted under the seat where accepted or could be shipped as cargo, which is very expensive and a bit complicated)

The policy is worse than before I understand. Max weight is still 10kg incl carrier, but the size of the carrier has been reduced substantially - prev was normal hand luggage size, now has to fit under seat

Pevi is right about the change. As of October, you can check your pets in as excess luggage and they will be on the flight with you. Cost is 15 euro per kilo to the U.K, (weight of pet and carrier) so it is still a bit pricy.

you can't take pets as hand luggage to the UK - its against UK law

Lol!  Not hand luggage , with your regular luggage that you check in...
