Hello!
I am an EU citizen but my husband is not and also he is from visa required country. We are planning to move to Ireland, but I'm not sure what's the procedure.

Is it possible to travel together - him as a family member/spouse who wish to accompany EU citizen under EU treaty rights?
Will he still need a visa or he can enter with me(passport and marriage certificate)?

Or should I go first, get everything done (accommodation, pps, job...) and then invite him as a spouse - familly reunion?

What to do?

Thank you in advance.

Don't so sad.
this website is for your issue "inis.gov.ie"

you definitely find a remedy there and you can also contact with concerned authorities via e-mail.

now Cheer up

And remember never say thanks in advance.

People accept this shamefully and do not tell you the way out.

you may call INIS office about your problem.  I'm sure they could be of help.

You present yourself and your husband at your nearest Garda station and he will get a stamp 4....it certainly was that easy for me and believe it still is.
