I need to take chest X ray of registration of university in budapest.

So please teach me where is hospital that i can take chest X ray and how to booking.

The screening they are asking for is probably "tüdőszűrés".
It's main purpose is TBC (tuberculosis) screening, so if you are vaccinated against that or have recent test results proving you negative, they might accept that instead.

I thought I have to take X ray photo.
So I will go to hospital and take blood test.

You can also go to one of the expat medical centres. I used to go to one a very long time (~15 years) ago called IMS in Vaci ut. They could speak English then. There are other ones of course. Just Google expat "medical centres Budapest". These places are not cheap but if you are in the Hungarian medical system, then it is hardly a problem.

Yes you do! "Tudoszures" is normally a chest X-Ray.
But since it's just to prove you are TBC negative, other existing screening report might suffice.
