hello everybody my name is craig and i currently live in manchester england. i have just completed a tefl course and i am halfway through a degree course. i am looking at moving to vietnam to teach english. thank you regards craig :)

You need a 4-year college/bachelor's degree to be "official" and in accordance with the government regulation.  Yes, there are cases where the language centers just ignore the college degree requirement if you have a "white face".  They risk being fined but they don't care because the fine is minuscule compared to the profit they make from hiring a "white face".
