I have a retirement visa and have recently moved to Chiang Mai from another city in Thailand.
My visa will need an annual extension soon.
Can anyone recommend a visa agency in Chiang Mai?
Thanks

Have you tried Pattaya?
overnight bus direct 1600b, visa same day back that night, visa 25k

Never done that

Why use a agency, if i might ask ??

I don´t get it why people do that.

You have to do all the work your self and it is easy.

Get the letter from you Embassy say you have a income +65.000 baht pr month before Tax.

Or:

Go to your bank and get a letter saying you have 800.000 baht.

Or use a mix from them.

This is all on you.

Fill out the TM.7, and go to the Immigration Office, get a queue number, give you paper to the Immigration officer , wait a little bit more, and you have your 1 year extension.

I don´t see why you need to pay anyone money for that small work. Or go to Pattaya and pay that much money, for something everyone can do them self..

I fully agree with 'Never Done That'.

no letter needed
no deposit money needed

Been running this 1 year clear no problem

Never done that

Year, but 25k plus the trip for some thing that cost around 1300 for the Embassy letter, or 200 baht for the Bank letter, or combine 1300+200, and 1.900 for the extension..

I do know it is not the Farang that pay for this that make a good deal, it only the agency.

I am well aware of how to do things myself having lived in this country for some years with a retirement visa.
If you have no answer to the question then please do not respond at all.
Thanks
