Would you please post your (free) ad in the Classifieds section dedicated to Jobs which you'll find in the menu on the left side of the page. It will get better exposure there as it will remain current, unlike here in the forum where it will continue moving towards the back pages as new topics are posted.

Since Brazilian law requires placing qualified Brazilians in any job vacancy before it can be filled by a foreigner, there is no problem with the wording.
The question is rather advertising in the forum, which is not permitted. We do have a Classifieds section which is for that purpose. Cheers,
