any ideas about teaching university level engineering?

Hi All,

Anyone have any knowledge on how I can get a position teaching electrical engineering related course material at a technical school or university? I am a native English speaker, very little skill in speaking Vietnamese.
I have a Masters degree (20 years ago) in EE(with honors if that really matters now). PhD isn't complete and I doubt it will be soon. (probably need to move it to the bucket list). A lot of years experience working as an engineer in wireless communications.

Taught lab courses back when I was going to school but that was 20 years ago. I always wanted to teach
and now I have the opportunity.

Any info would be helpful, thanks..
