Hello Mohideen,
Wa Ailkum Asslam.
Congratulations.

You have to refer to the public court either in your place or Makkah.
This site is explaining the requirements but it is in Arabic. If you can't read it let someone help you.

If the bride is not an iqama holder, and will be coming on an umrah visa, as far as I know you cannot get married in court here, as that is only for residents.  You might be able to get married in the Indian consulate in Jeddah.  Call them and ask them.

Shaikh Mohideen Mohammad

Many thanks Trapezius for your kind info to me. I am trying to approach Indian consulate in Jeddah. In the mean time if any further information get please let me know.

Kind regards

Shaikh
