Reg Cancellation of Visa

Hello All,

Greetings for the day...

How are you doing??

I had submitted my resignation to my present employer and they dint accept. somehow i managed and took emergency leave and left to my home country, India. Its been one month as of date but they did not cancel my visa.
I want to join with my new employer in Bahrain.

What is the solution??can any one plz help me out in this regard....

Hi Sri
You are in a tricky situation now. Taking emergency leave and not returning is not good for your track record as far as the visa is concerned.This is especially the case with you since you have not completed 12 months with them.

Also your current employer will have to cancel the visa if you are to return to your new job. Your best bet is to convince them to cancel the visa, but they MAY place your name on blacklist in which case you will not be able to return. Why don't you come back to Bahrain and then try to sort it out with them once you are here?
