You should speak to a real estate agent, or to the local sangkat, to find out accurate information. As a Cambodian it must be much easier to find out information regarding property purchases as opposed to us expats.

Thanks, I guess that I have to do that when I go back there. I thought that I can find more information before, since I buy the place not from a real estate agent.

And you did not check out from anyone qualified properly before you Bought? Like jumping over a cliff , without taking a quick look to see if you are going to break your neck or not! Well i am sure you will drama !however good luck, you will need it!

First of all, my mom buy and sell her place many times and the process always the same in Phnom Penh and I thought it will work the same in Siem Reap. I don't buy the place yet and now I'm trying to get more detail from other people experiences, that's all.
