WHAT MANDOUP MEANS?

pls anyone can help me what mandoup means? and wat they do?

Mandoup means representative of company's owner. On behalf of company's owner Mandub will do needful work and process with other companies or Ministries. Is it okay, if there is any question  feel free to ask me. Thanks
