:)  Hi guys,

Just taking an opportunity to introduce myself.
I am Anil and have been living in New Zealand (Auckland) for last 10years. Now just for a change, I want to move to Canada (Toronto). I am working as an Electrical Engineer and hoping to get selected under FSWP 2014.
Any tips or guide will be much appreciated on
Like living standard, jobs , cost of living extra???

Many thanks in advance.

Get a good immigration lawyer. You won't regret it. But be careful of fraudulent ones. You may think you'll save a little by doing it all by yourself, but there are things that you may not know that only comes with experience which the an immigration lawyer can provide.
