Maybe you could tell where you are based exactly.
You could also post an advert in the Brazil classifieds section.
Finally i would advise you not to post your email on the public forum for safety reasons.

I really don't know if you'll find ice rinks or even ice skates anywhere in Brazil. I've lived in 5 different Brazilian states and visited 2 others and never have heard of ice skating here, with the exception of professional skating shows like Disney on Ice. Think you're just out of luck on this score.
