Are Iranians denied employment Visa in Bahrain?

I don't know however based on what I have heard; yes. Iranian, Lebanese, Iraqi and Syrian passports seem to have most problems with automatic rejections in quite a few cases. At least for those people who are moving to Bahrain from outside the middle east.
I have neither and had a Shia sounding name; went through 7 rejections....so you can imagine
