Yes you can work part time but after one year completion of studies. But if you are working inside of your campus it doesnt count as working.
Cheers :) and Welcome to Turkey

Thanks For Informing Me But I'm Confuse About Work In Campus.. How They Are Allowing Us To Work In Campus And Out Side There We Can Find Job Easily Or It's Very Hard To Find A Job... And Maximum or Minimum How Much We Earn In A Month... Or Need Some Accommodation Status It's Expensive or It's Ok.

In campus means you ll work in a finance department as a assistance or in International office, it can be anything. Outside is bit hard to find a job cause of language obstacle even if you want to do some odd jobs but lots of hard work is required for finding a job and it depends on the employer how we pays per hour. No need to have a accomodation status. Are you undergrad student or graduate? And which university? :)
