Can some one give me there best extension rates and where you go to get your 3 month extension?

If you enter Vietnam from a boder gate in the southern, If you want to get 3 months extension. The cost around 30 usd

I got my single entry 90 day visa in Luang Prabang Lao for vietnam. now I want to renew/extend my visa for another 90days in HCM does anyone know if it costs more since I did not get my original visa in HCM. and so the price of the visa?
