Looking for a place to live during 12 days in september

Hello dear expats.

I am a basketball writer who will be in Turkey during the World Cup. Since I am working for a small basketball weppage in Sweden we don't have a lot of money for me to stay in five star hotels.

That is why I am reaching out and exploring the possibility of maybe "hiring" a room or a couch from a nice person who also will be willing to show me the great city of Istanbul. I will of course be able to pay a smaller amount of money, but the biggest reward I belive will be of getting to know each others. Hopefully I will be able to return the favor if the willing person ever comes to Sweden.

I would like to present a room to you but I am unable

but if there wouldnt be a better advice on this page, I can suggest cheap( but okay) hotels laterly.

Im a young, active English teacher (I go to long distance biketours on holidays, so Im not around sometimes) I live in a nice house, near the coast and centre and Marmara university and am planning to rent a room. If you cant find anything, feel free to write to me..
