Help for a nice cat in Kuala Lumpur

I write a new topic here, because the title and content of the other topic is not longer accurate (and i can't edit it)

I'm vet tech in france and i was in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur until wednesday.
We are helping stray cats and dogs in south asia, and we found a cat tuesday night in KL who needs emergency help.

He probably has abcess to the face, eyes and nose obstructed by it. Pus sank on its legs and belly, creating sores. He's skinny but very malleable, and gentle. The main problem is that pus in his mouth keep him from eating normally.
he just need to be shaved on the sores, cleaned with betadine, maybe some stitches on the biting hole on his head. he had to take antibiotics for at least 2 or 3 weeks, and eat/drink normally. He can make it out with human help, there's hope for him. But he can't make it out alone. I know he seems dirty, and smell a bit (because of the pus), but all we have to do is to put him in a cat bag and bring him to a vet. The shaving and cleaning part don't take long. After that, it's just help him eating and give him meds for a few weeks. He's a very sweet cat, it's so sad...

We had to go to cambodia to continue to help streets animals, i didn't manage to cancel my flight and we left wednesday. So he's now all by himself. We tried to reach anyone who could help him in KL but it's not very concluant yet.

Is there someone working in a vet clinic or an association, an expat, a local, someone you know who could rescue this poor nice cat, and take care of him a few weeks ?

Or if you can send us an email contact of someone who could take care of him, an association, anything !
