Business cards

It is always preferable, for the printer or designer, you at least have some concept of what you are looking for. Remember, also, you are (should be) designing in METRIC.

You could buy (VND20,000) a CD with MS Publisher on it and do your own (Ton That Tung Street).

Think about a BILINGUAL card - English with a slightly larger type and use of bold; VNese in Italics position under each appropriate English sentence.

Consider using a QR as a logo if it would help your customers.

IF YOU have your own logo designed  AND IF THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT buy the copyright so you can use it elsewhere (advertising, etc).

IF YOU are CHARGED for SETUP - get a copy of the file - you paid for it!

Let me restate that I want to have someone else design the card for me.  I don't want to use MS publisher to do it myself, my design skills aren't that good.  I have some ideas which I'm prepared to discuss with a designer but just getting someone to print cards from a design that I have done myself is not what I was originally asking about.
