car moved to malta

brought my car over from uk . i haven't got my id card yet . took my documents to register car but was told to download a form on internet first , what is this form please and what do i do next

They should be  but if not you have to ask.
However its pretty busy sometimes and can be very confusing.
The Maltese think queuing is for "foreigners" only !!

We are looking at current routes from Malta to UK for travelling in May . Although I see some previous information I would be interested in the route etc you took in January as it is current and should be relevant to travelling in the next few months with ferry company's etc
