New Driving License (without old original Driving License) on new job

Hello & Assalam O Alaikum

I was working in KSA earlier and had a Driving License. I left Saudia in mid of last year. My sponsor took up my driving license. Now I am back here in KSA on new visa with new job. I need to know the processes of:
-how to get driving license if I don't have older driving license with me.
-I am not sure weather my old driving license would have expired till now or not. So in case if I don't have older driving license which may also have been expired; how to get new Driving License with this scenario?

Please reply both queries.

let your sponsor check ( on line ) for RENEWAL OF DRIVING LICENSE and this service now avialble in this site http://www.moi.gov.sa/

He is not doing it and even he is not asking from driving school any details. The reason why I posted this query here.

Further I have checked many other websites and blogs but this query is unanswered everywhere. So let's resolve this mystery today through our blog experts or the guys who have gone through this experience.
