I would advise you to check out this site: http://www.aegteskabudengraenser.dk/

Else i KNOW you need:

1) Your husband must have a bank account with funds => US$15000.
2) You must have applied for a tourist visa (3 months) to get into the country, in order to get married here.
3) You need to pass a Danish basic grade exam + you must live here 7 years before you can get permanent citizinship.

For what my firend have told me (he married a thai) expect a minimum cost to be around 50.000US$ total + your husband has to be able to support you alone (the goverment wont be supporting you financially)

Else than that, good luck to you both :)
