Introduction and request for info about Hsinchu

Post new topic

QofCups

Greetings!  I lived in Taipei for five years, moved back to the U.S. for one year and will be moving to Hsinchu before Chinese New Year.

I realize that Hsinchu is a backwater, but am excited about the prospect of living between Taipei and Taichung. My husband is still living in Taipei and is scouting out places to live in Hsinchu.  We want to live near his new job which is located in town, not the high tech area.

Can anyone living in Hsinchu offer any suggestions?  We need 3 bedrooms with good light. I am looking for a place with a feeling of spaciousness that has a balcony for entertaining.  Is this possible and if so, where?

Thank you in advance for help and advice.

Welcome to Expat-blog, Qofcups! :)

You should post an advert under Taiwan classifieds, category-accommodation.

It might be useful to you.

Thank you for the welcome! Depending on how my husband's search goes, I may do as you suggest.  Thanks!
