Looking for an American Notary who can notarize signatures of Vietnamese nationals on papers for ultimate use in U.S. Don't tell me about service at Consulate. Documents are in English with certified Vietnamese translation. Also, local Vietnamese notary not acceptable. Really need someone with current US notary stamp and credential.

They are official State of Florida documents relating to adoption. Basically parents waiving right to be present at adoption proceedings in the US, establishing that birth parents are not Native Americans, etc. They would apply to our nephew following acquisition of a legal entry visa to US and transfer of authority by Vietnamese Ministry of Justice.

I had my notary license in the state of California. As i recall licensing is a local license. The only other notary that is legal would be in the American consulate.

On the documents notarized the city and state must be a part of the notaries written comments on documents.

Sounds like your documents need a legal (Lawyer or court order)authority to have them notarized.

They seem too important to have them disputed in the future.

Are you in Nha Trang? I am afraid that you have to fly to Ha Noi or HCM to talk with American consulate and you HAVE TO present there.
