Wifi dilemma

What are the wifi options? there are -
PTCL
Wateen
WiTribe

but they all have a ridiculous "fair usage" policy which is pretty unfair. The whole point of an unlimited package (which i want) is that it is unlimited usage at good speeds throughout thats why you pay more....why would I want an unlimited package that after 2-3 days will drop speeds and be practically of no use to me?

I do not have a phone line and really do not want to install one just to get cable broadband

Any ideas or anything better available?

PTCL is your best option amongst the ones you mentioned.
Wateen and wiTribe both have extremely lax customer support.. I had wiTribe installed, and got rid of within a record 40 days, it was that terrible.

While I was in Pakistan, the only superior service and customer support that I received was from NayaTel fiber internet. You might want to check them out if they are still offering DSL.
